Your logo has to be converted into a file that tells the machine where every stitch goes. That's done once, by hand, and we keep the file so every reorder matches the first.
A vector file (AI, EPS, PDF, SVG) is ideal. A clean, high-resolution PNG works for most logos. If all you have is a screenshot, send it anyway and we'll tell you if it'll digitize well.
